Approved refunds are returned through the secure third-party payment provider that processed your original payment.
To request a refund, email us at support@biblebuddies.space from your account email, telling us which purchase you would like refunded. We aim to approve or respond to every refund request within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, and typically reach your account within 5 to 10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or card issuer.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or the pricing page. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your plan's features until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
Trial access granted through coupon codes is provided completely free of charge, and you are never billed during a trial. At the end of your trial, you may choose to subscribe or continue with the free tier.
Bible Buddies is a digital service with no physical goods and no shipping. Access to your plan is delivered electronically to your account immediately after a successful payment, and is available on the website and in our apps with the same login.
